Support

Certification

When you meet course pre-requisites and receive a passing grade on the course assignment(s), you will receive a certificate of completion for the course.

How Certifications Expire

In the case of major updates to WorkFusion software, courses, or certification processes, your Automation Academy certifications may expire. If/when this occurs, the Academy team will notify all students and partner managers three months before expiration.

Automation Academy is the only WorkFusion training provider. All content, specifically questions, videos, diagrams, certification quizzes and assignments are the proprietary and confidential property of WorkFusion. Retaking Courses

Retaking courses is subject to trainer approval, and based on the trainee’s individual performance and qualification.

Automation Academy reserves the right to disqualify and/or revoke certificates of trainees who engage in fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate activities. Examples of such misconduct, misuse, and fraud include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Creating, publishing, selling, offering to sell, posting, downloading, distributing in any way, or otherwise transferring any assignment solutions or correct answers to the quizzes.
  • Creating, publishing, selling, offering to sell, posting, downloading, distributing in any way, or otherwise transferring other trainees’ personal data.

Automation Academy may disqualify trainees for a two-month period (or more, depending on the reason for disqualification). This entails suspending the student’s Automation Academy account and revoking access to all courses and certifications. A trainee can appeal the disqualification by submitting a ticket to the Academy Service Desk.
